AI consulting · est. on real workflows

The map of your business, redrawn in systems.

Sytful Minds is an AI consulting company. We chart the terrain of how your operation actually runs, then build workflow automation, custom tools, and privacy-first AI systems along those contours — shipped and maintained, not slide-decked.

02 the practice

Four ways we take work off your desk.

No platform to buy, no subscription to our software. We consult, design, and build on your stack — and hand you the keys.

  1. Workflow cartographydiagnose

We sit inside your actual process — intake, handoffs, approvals, the spreadsheet nobody admits to — and map where hours leak. The output is a plan ranked by payback, not a technology wishlist.

  2. Automation engineeringbuild

Document pipelines, quoting engines, reporting, follow-up sequences — the repetitive middle of your business, rebuilt as software that runs whether or not anyone is at the keyboard.

  3. Custom AI systemsbuild

Assistants, agents, and internal tools scoped to one job and done well — wired to the models that fit the task and the budget, priced transparently (see the instrument table below).

  4. Privacy-first architecturerun

Client files, health data, financials — some things should never leave your building. Where it matters we run models locally or on infrastructure you control, and we say plainly when a vendor API is the better tool.

03 instrument · impact estimator

What is the repetitive work costing you?

Three numbers from your own operation. The estimator recomputes live — and shows its arithmetic.

automation_roi — illustrative estimate, not a quote

per person · 0–168

wages + overhead, or your own billable rate

whole people · minimum 1

6 hrs/wk × 4.33 wk/mo × 3 people = 77.9 hrs/mo
× $45/hr = $3,507/mo

hours back / month 77.9 hrs
value / month $3,507
value / year $42,084

Illustrative estimate, not a quote. Formula: hrs/wk × 4.33 × people × $/hr. Assumes the automated hours are genuinely redeployed; build and running costs are scoped per engagement.

04 instrument · model economics

What frontier AI actually costs to run.

Vendors publish their prices; most consultancies don't repeat them. We do — because routing the right model to the right task is half the margin in any AI system we build.

Published list prices per 1M tokens (MTok). Snapshot 2026-07-13 — illustrative, not a quote; verify against the linked vendor pages before budgeting. OpenAI models are omitted from this snapshot: the vendor pricing page could not be retrieved for verification at build time, and we don't print numbers we can't stand behind.
Model Input $/MTok Output $/MTok
Anthropic — source: claude.com/pricing · retrieved 2026-07-13
Claude Fable 5 frontier reasoning, long-horizon agents $10.00$50.00
Claude Opus 4.8 flagship all-rounder $5.00$25.00
Claude Sonnet 5 intro $2 / $10 through Aug 2026 $3.00$15.00
Claude Haiku 4.5 fast, high-volume lanes $1.00$5.00
Google — source: ai.google.dev/pricing · retrieved 2026-07-13
Gemini 3.1 Pro (preview) ≤200k-token prompts $2.00$12.00
Gemini 3.5 Flash speed tier $1.50$9.00
Gemini 2.5 Flash budget workhorse, text input $0.30$2.50

Batch endpoints, prompt caching, and volume agreements can cut effective cost substantially — that routing and caching work is part of what we build.

05 instrument · assistant demo

Ask the desk. Nothing leaves this page.

A scripted preview of the kind of assistant we build into client operations. It runs entirely in your browser — the same posture we take with your data.

// local scripted demo · zero network calls
// voice uses your browser's built-in speech synthesis, only when you press “read aloud”
// production versions connect to live models under your keys and your data policy

07 operating philosophy

What we believe, in writing.

A business that depends on heroics is fragile. A business that runs on systems gets stronger every month.

Workflow before technology

The model is the least interesting part. We start from how work actually moves through your business and choose tools last — sometimes the answer is a spreadsheet fix, and we'll say so.

Your data, your building

Sensitive documents don't tour vendor clouds by default. We architect for local and self-hosted first where data is sensitive, and use frontier APIs deliberately where they earn their place.

Shipped beats presented

Every engagement ends in something running — a pipeline, a tool, a dashboard — with documentation your team can operate. We measure ourselves in hours returned, not pages delivered.

08 how we work

One conversation. Three phases.

  1. phase 01 · diagnoseThe working session

A structured walk through your operation. You leave with a ranked map of automation candidates and honest payback estimates — useful even if we never build a thing together.

  2. phase 02 · buildThe scoped sprint

Fixed scope, fixed timeline. We build the highest-payback system first, prove it against your real workload, and document it so it isn't consultant-shaped — it's yours.

  3. phase 03 · runOngoing management, if you want it

Optional monthly management: monitoring, model-cost tuning, and the next system on the map. You choose the level of control — some clients hand us the keys, some just want a co-pilot.
